Im.not sure what to say here. The store asked me to leave a review. My daughter had an appt. When we got there, they didnt have it on their schedule. We even asked for the person we were told to ask for. Then the next day after her computer was reset, her camera was going in and out still, and her check engine light came on. So i guess judge for yourself. But they did squeeze us in, even though we had an appt

My experience was great. The first thing they got my approved for a vehicle before showing me one. That way I wasn't upset with not being able to get the vehicle. This was the fastest most pleasant buying of a car I have ever experienced. There was no pressure or rushing you into commitment. Joey Shean is a salesman I would send family without hesitation. Definitely deserve 5 star ratings.
A little slow compared to the many other times I have been there for an oil change but overall good. They usually offer Tire rotation but didn't this time, probably because of the 6 cars in line behind me. They did provide a free car was which is always nice.

The service center was like a well oiled machine. Friendly welcome. I was able to drop off my car and pick up the rental very quickly. Mike had all the paperwork all ready and each person was quick and good at their job. The car was great, just like what I was use to driving. Pickup was just as smooth. Definitely recommend.

Worst car buying experience ever. They sold me a crappy car with stuff that was broken and never told me about those things. And then nobody would take responsibility for that. They kept giving me the run around. And Brett Smith was the worst. His attitude was dismissive at best and condescending at worst. They could have made me a happy customer if they would have just spent about another $200 to fix one thing. If I convince just one person to not buy a car there (which I already have), they will lose a lot more than $200.

Our 2019 Dodge caravan was totaled, and Geoff Chewing was our salesman he was great. We took a 2023 Chrysler Voyager for a test drive and loved it.
We picked it up the next day. It had been cleaned inside and out. Scratches were buffed out and it had a full tank of gas.

This was my first purchase at Fred Martin. Antonio was fantastic to work with! He was transparent, and very responsive. He worked hard to make this a very pain free transaction. I will definitely make the drive (2hr) again when I need a new vehicle. The other dealership staff was also fantastic. I had a 5 year old with me, and they gave him hot wheels and popcorn (they also had a play room for the kiddos). 10/10 on all fronts.

I had a great experience working with Geoff Chewning. He was friendly and spoke well. He made me feel comfortable committing to my first car payment in more than 20 years! I got my new car in less than 3 hours. I apologize for not remembering her name but the finance lady was wonderful as well, she did a great job explaining things to me and was even able to get me a lower monthly payment then I initially agreed to.
